Welcome to "The City of Requirements", the first community in "The City of..." initiative of SIRRIS, the collective centre for the Belgian technology industry.
 
This initiative aims to tackle the question:

"Do software engineers understand each other?"

In this context and in collaboration with VSP (Vlaams Software Platform), a first community is launched on the subject of requirements and specification of software intensive systems: "The City of Requirements".
